Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to:
- Checkout faster
- View order status and history
- Receive updates on new products and promotions
What if I forgot my password?
On the login page, click “Lost password?” and follow the instructions to reset your password.
What if I entered the wrong email address?
Please contact us at service@mofangpretty.com as soon as possible.
We can update your email, name, and address, but we cannot modify the items in your order.
Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in USD. If your card uses another currency, the final charge will depend on your bank’s exchange rate.
What payment methods do you accept?

We do not accept checks, money orders, or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?

How do I change or cancel my order?

- Orders may be canceled before processing
- A 30% cancellation fee applies due to payment processing costs
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

All orders are processed in China.
- Processing time: 2–3 business days
- Shipping occurs after processing
- No shipping on weekends or holidays

How do I return an item?
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

- Reason for return
Our support team will provide return instructions if approved.
Will shipping be covered for returns?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if I received a defective or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

- Photos of the issue
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How long does the return process take?
Returns are processed within 14 business days after we receive the item.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
